Inge Henkens is graduated as a dentist at ACTA and as a lawyer at the University of Amsterdam. She completed her Master in Health Law in 2016. She wrote her Master Thesis about the effect of dental guidelines on the professional standard and wrote a thesis about the new Dutch regulations for quality of care and disputes in healthcare. She gives advice to dentists and dental practices about how to deal with patients with claims or complaints. She guides dental practices also to measure up to all the regulations for healthcare professionals for quality of care.
